Our Lady's Guild PDF Print E-mail

Our Lady's Guild Organization began in 1987. The purpose of the Lady's Guild is to unite all of the women of the Parish and provide a channel by which the Pastor may reach these women. The Guild assists the Pastor and the Parish in fund raising activities. The Guild also provides an area of social and spiritual development for its members. Any woman of the Parish, over the age of 18, is encouraged and welcome to become a member.

Through the efforts of its members and support of our parishioner, the Guild has raised enough money through bake sales and other fundraising projects to provide our parish with the following items:

  • The statue of Our Lady and the reflection area in front of the church
  • Overhead fans in the main church
  • Seasonal wall hangings
  • Special vestments for the Pastor
  • Window curtains above the altar

Guild members also assist the pastor with special projects when asked. The Guild meets the second Wednesday of the month at 1:00 p.m. from September through June. If you would like more information, please stop by one of the meetings or call the parish office.

Officers of Our Lady’s Guild are as follows:

Anita Metivier – President

Ann McDonough – Vice-President

Edna Stewart – Treasurer

Suzanne Carlson - Secretary
